WASHINGTON NATIONALS ANNOUNCE 2010 GRAND SLAM FLEX PLANS

Teams’ Most Flexible Ticket Offer Allows Fans to Purchase Five Games for the Price of Four

The Washington Nationals today announced the Grand Slam Flex Plans for the 2010 season at Nationals Park which will allow fans to choose four games from one of five plans, and receive a fifth game of their choice for free. These plans start at as low as $68 per seat and it’s the team’s most affordable multiple-game option to date. This is the earliest in the history of the ballclub flex plans have been introduced.

“The introduction of the Grand Slam Flex Plans adds to the Nationals’ already affordable seating options and allows fans more flexibility than ever before,” Nationals President Stan Kasten said.

The ballclub designed five different packages for the Grand Slam Flex Plans, each covering the entire season with a large variety of opponents and games to choose from. Fans can pick four games from any one plan and will receive a voucher for a free ticket, redeemable for any other game during the 2010 season:

· Zim’s Gold Glove Plan—Fans can attend some of the biggest games and see some of the brightest stars. It even includes Opening Day vs. the Phillies.

· Hondo’s Heavy Hitters Plan—Fans can watch the League’s premier power hitters take the field as the Nats look to blast their way to victory the same way that Frank “Hondo” Howard did.

· Beasts of the East Plan—Fans interested in intra-division competition will love watching the Nats take on their NL East rivals and the Baltimore Orioles for some of the best marquee matchups of the season.

· Bang, Zoom Go the Fireworks Plan—Fans can start their weekend off with a bang at Nationals Park each Friday while enjoying the game and post-game fireworks.

· The Promo Plan—Fans can choose from the most popular giveaway dates the team has to offer so they can collect the three Bobbleheads or a NatsTown T-Shirt.

Grand Slam Flex Plans are available from $68 per seat in the Lower Right Field Terrace level (Sections 222 through 236). Fans may purchase a Grand Slam Flex Plan on all levels of the ballpark in 10 different seating areas and at eight different price points including the LF/RF Corner (Sections 108 through 110 and 135 through 137) and the Upper Infield Gallery (Sections 405 through 409 and 416 through 420).

Fans won’t want to miss the Nats explosive offense this season led by Ryan Zimmerman, Adam Dunn, Nyjer Morgan and Josh Willingham.
