P-Nats Host Open House March 19

The Potomac Nationals, an affiliate of the Washington Nationals, will host a pre-season Open House for season ticket holders and the general public on March 19, 2011. The Open House will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge, VA. Admission is free for an afternoon of fun and activities, and fans' first chance to buy individual tickets for Opening Day on April 8, 2011. The Nationals will also host auditions to sing the National Anthem before a game during the 2011 season.

As the long winter offseason draws to a close, the P-Nats invite fans of all ages to free food and drinks, a visit from the team's mascot, Uncle Slam, and a chance to play catch in the outfield.

"We're excited for our fans to come out and support the Potomac Nationals," said Director of Ticketing Operations, Michelle Metzgar. "We want to get the community excited about the upcoming season by spending the day at the ballpark."
