Celebrate Survivors and Supporters in the Fight to End Breast Cancer

MLB and Susan G. Komen for the Cure have teamed up to recognize fans who are "Going to Bat Against Cancer" and are looking for one Honorary Bat Girl or Boy per MLB team to be recognized on the field on Mother's Day 2011.

Stories must be submitted by Thursday, April 14, 2011, 12:01 p.m. ET.  Must be 18 or older to enter.  See Official Rules for details.
