Washington Nationals and FOX 5 “Weather Guys” Present
Nationals Weather Day

WHAT: The Washington Nationals are partnering with WTTG-FOX 5 to invite students across the DC area to Nationals Park for the first ever Nationals Weather Day before the team faces the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday, May 17.

FOX 5’s “Weather Guys” Tucker Barnes and Tony Perkins will conduct an interactive presentation to educate students on the various types of weather conditions in the region and how they affect a Nationals baseball game. The program will also feature members of the team’s grounds crew as well as a Q&A session with Barnes and Perkins. Students will sit in the left field seating area along the third base line while the “Weather Guys” present their educational program from on top of the visitor’s dugout. The presentation will be broadcast on the NatsHD video board for everyone to enjoy.

  
 










Discounted tickets are available for students, faculty and parents in the Scoreboard Pavilion ($14), Upper Infield Gallery ($11) and Upper RF Terrace ($7).
