This post is in honor of George Washington's Birthday....
Over Presidents Day Weekend, the Nationals Racing Presidents made their second annual appearance at a New York Islanders home game. The founding fathers got into "hockey mode" for their skate on the ice during an intermission at the Senators v. Islanders game. Not many can check themselves into the boards, however, Teddy was able to do so more than once. Then when Tom and Abe dropped their gloves, George was able to skate across the finish line for the victory.
The Nationals' Racing Presidents took in a few of the sites of New York City too.....
