Youth Clinic: Dream for Kids Youth Clinic Presented by Smithfield.
The second Nationals Youth Clinic Presented by Smithfield will bring together 60 youth with physical and developmental disabilities from Dreams for Kids, an organization that works to empower young people of all abilities through dynamic leadership programs and life-changing activities. From 10:00am to noon, Nationals coaches will offer instruction on batting, fielding and pitching, and participate in a Q&A session, while *Nationals outfielder Michael Morse will sign autographs following the clinic. Each participant will also receive two tickets to an upcoming Nationals game, lunch and a co-branded equipment bag courtesy of Smithfield.

Season Ticket Holder Special Event: 
Picnic in the Park, Noon to 3:30 p.m.
Nationals season ticket holders will have insider access to Nationals Park, with opportunities to throw pitches in the bullpens, visit the dugouts and tour the Lexus President Club. Guests can also get up-close-and-personal with their favorite players, who will be available for photos and autographs in different sections of the ballpark. Nationals radio broadcasters Charlie Slowes and Dave Jageler will host an exclusive Q&A session featuring special guests at the Center Field Plaza, while a variety of family-friendly activities will be available throughout the facility, including face painters and carnival games at the Family Fun Zone. In addition, all participants will receive one voucher for a hot dog, chips and Coca Cola product. 

Inside Pitch Live: As part of Picnic in the Park festivities, Inside Pitch Live will expand to feature three sessions in the PNC Diamond Club between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Hosted by MASN play-by-play announcer Bob Carpenter, the 30-minute discussions will offer fans a behind-the-scenes look at team operations and the business of baseball. Guest speakers for this week’s sessions include *Nationals manager Jim Riggleman and pitching coach Steve McCatty.
