Washington Nationals Host Hispanic Heritage Night
The Washington Nationals will honor the contributions of the Hispanic community to baseball and society in general when they host Hispanic Heritage Night during their game against the Houston Astros on Friday, September 9. A special flag ceremony highlighting each of the Nationals’ Hispanic players will take place on the field during the pregame ceremonies. The flags of Cuba, Dominican Republic, Panama, Puerto Rico and Venezuela will all be featured as homage to the players’ Hispanic roots.
